The Inevitable, Ultimate Stupidity of The Left- History Will Teach Them Nothing

In a historical and unprecedented moment in American History a person who has never served in office, held no significant military rank or a Nobel Peace Prize Donald J. Trump became the 45th President of The United States.

Stunningly he was able to single handily wipe clean a primary stage of over 20 Republican Candidates, defy all the odds of a phalanx of Media rejection, Party rejection, minimal funding and the powerful, Soros funded and corrupt DNC.

At times his candor would make a Soviet Shock Troop blush and each and every time the Media declared his candidacy DOA. But Donald J Trump kept on swinging and kept on point with a simple message we have all been wanting for some time now: Make America Great Again!

While gladly taking his campaign donations in the past both the Republican and Democrat Establishment Elites were hell bent on destroying this man and his message. Once it became clear Trump was picking off the opposition one by one the remaining few tried to stay relevant by 'adopting' some of his positions. It was too late. Even the money from George Soros couldn't keep Kasich in the race and he too finally caved. On Convention night to a packed audience the perfectly coiffured nominee walked out onto the stage and laid out his vision for our nation.

During the debates it became obvious to the nation that Hillary was paddling upstream. While 'technically' Trump lost the debates the nation watched Clinton squirm as her opponent hammered her on Benghazi, e-mails, corruption, rigging the primaries and Bill's history of sexual abuse. Clinton's responses of trying to paint Trump as crazy and imagining things did not stick. The look on Bill's face as he eyed Willy, Broderick and Jones sitting in the audience was priceless. He didn't know whether to shit or go blind.

The Donald took a play from the Liberal Playbook. I saw it. Few others did.

Keep the message simple and keep repeating it. Only this time there was one element that he changed. This time it was the truth. Clinton's use of homophobia, misogyny, racism, bigotry (ad nausium) were only affective to her far left base, especially the ones bussed in purposely for her rallies. Trump was mater full in sending out Tweets, e-mails and Facebook invites to a rally nearby and tens of thousands would show up all on their own. And this did not happen just a few times but each and every time he appeared somewhere in America.

On election night as I broad casted my show tracking the numbers roll in it became clear within the first hour this was going to be a route for Clinton. Rumors of her freaking out at her New York Headquarters swirled. How could this happen? How could 'some guy' beat the Democrat Political Machine?

Because the machine had stopped working.

While history may teach us nothing what people do understand is what is going on in their own lives. Delusional Barak Obama who still clings to his Presidency as a success is a sad reminder of the mental disorder known as Liberalism. Denial being the main symptom. His Executive Orders, his push for expanded Government, a corrupt IRS, DOJ, BLM, EPA even Justice Roberts claiming Obamacare is nothing more than a tax are all examples of the mindset of Elitism. That they know better how to run our lives than we ourselves do and we best better comply or the long arm of Washington will reach out and crush you.

Think about this any time you have dealt with some 'official'. Was that experience pleasant? Did they do everything they could to 'help' you? Most likely not. Lets us never forget how the Bundys and Finicums were treated under a Leftist Administration. Reminds me of Waco, Gonzalez and Ruby Ridge under another, past Leftist Administration.

And they don't get it either. They still think they are king shits in the dog park. Over the past ten years Democrats have been sent packing. Over 1200 seats have been lost by them from Senate, Congress, Governors, State Legislatures, Mayoral, Selectmen, even dog catcher! The few states that are controlled by Democrats are bankrupt, sanctuary states. Regulations drive out businesses. Civil forfeiture is rampant because they have no other way to generate revenue. Pensions are now unfunded liabilities, Unions extract more, drive up costs of projects and in every Democrat controlled state the cost of living is exorbitant. All driven by a thirst for more and more and more. It was only a matter of time before this whole Leftist machine would come to its inevitable stupidity.

I think it is this penchant for control that the Left is in shock over the election results. They felt secure in their own bullshit. The snowflakes melting away because a little heat is being applied to them is symptomatic of this false sense of security. Being coddled all their lives millennials cannot comprehend what has happened to them and their beloved apparatchik politique. The rioting is just another example of the control of propaganda. Spin it as a protest. Make no mistake, they are nothing more than Brown Shirts. Well funded and well organized. How is it that fleets of buses were on standby 24 hours after the polls closed on Nov. 9th?

The argument of " What if Republicans were doing this?" is pointless. We all know the answer and we also know we on the Right would never conceive of doing such a thing. I would posit we continue to let the Left implode. Let them expose themselves for the ilk that they are. They have nothing left in the arsenal. Just like when Patton saw the Germans were using stolen ox carts to move supplies he realized the war was over...They are running out of gas.

This is why at zero hour an eleven year old comment was released to the Media made by the President Elect about 'grabbing pussy'.. It was all they had left.

There is little more we can do on the rhetorical end to hasten the final destruction of the worst political party in American history. They are doing it all by themselves. As a Trump Presidency ascends and our economy starts moving, our government becomes more focused on real issues and we begin to see the fruits of our labor will we then see the Left wither away. They will continue to lob insults, riot and claim racism and the rest of America will watch them do it all on TV. And, like a bystander who shakes their head at a petulant child at the checkout counter because they can't get the toy they want Americans will turn further away realizing the true nature of Liberalism.

And the Left wont understand it either. The worn out playbook does not work anymore. The 'gotcha' porno journalism does not work anymore. Fraudulent votes and fraudulent protests do not work anymore.

Eventually they will slip into that inevitable and ultimate stupidity and history will have taught them nothing.

A Memo To A Higher Office

Dear WRKO

    An opportunity was lost last Saturday at the Conference and Expo in support of Donald Trump held at The Holiday Inn in Boxborough. In fact, being billed as the "first Expo" resulted in its utter failure due to the 'big fish/small pond' mentality exemplified by your managers, and Jeff Kuhner. Attempting to control the event and hijack it from the late great John O'Mara did nothing to promote the event beyond the minute reach of your local AM transmitter. Sadly, instead you sullied the hard work and reputation of this great Patriot and blackened your own eye by having my Media Company forcibly removed. The blog post included in this letter has gone nationwide. Had your 'handlers' understood this the Expo would have been talked about across the country. Since I have personal contacts with Trump campaign people the exposure would have been stratospheric. Instead, a copy of this letter and the subsequent story has been submitted to those people.
    Essentially, you just shot yourselves in the foot.
    It was The M&P Conservative Media Network who was first approached by John O'Mara over a month ago and asked to attend and film the event. Subsequently, other independent outlets/persons were contacted by John to cover the event as well. I know, I work with these people,  Unlike WRKO, we all work together to cover events, stories, news and were very excited to be invited to such an occasion. I, and others had been promoting the event and I received many responses from other Conservative groups across the country looking forward to my expose'. The potential was limitless.
    Then WRKO got hold of it.
    It has come to my understanding that last minute negotiations were arranged to ban all other forms of media coverage despite the fact that these factors had already been set into motion. One could theorize that a purposeful attempt was made by managers and personalities of WRKO all colluded to make this so. I had thought that maybe the family had something to do with this but that has been shown to be somewhat incorrect. In fact, I simply think they did not know what they were doing and got into bed with the wrong people. I seriously doubt if John were still alive he would have allowed such a travesty to take place.
    Frighteningly, it was how my expulsion was handled. I was physically and verbally accosted, threatened with arrest by a man  who I assume is  the 'muscle'. I was denied my ability to retrieve my computer and had to wrench myself from his grip to get it. In the hallway I was continually yelled at and threatened with arrest for assault and literally followed out the door while continually being accosted. Several members of the RNC Delegation were present as witnesses, friends and supporters of local Tea Party groups also witnessed this and were horrified at such unprofessional behavior. You may want to have a conversation with this individual and look closely into his mental stability to determine if you want him to represent your radio station in future endeavors.

    So, unfortunately for this Expo and WRKO I have written the story, published it and will broadcast the particulars of the event on my radio show. One of the individuals also denied Press access will be on my show as well as a fellow radio host who will partner with my show and share this stunning example of journalistic thuggery on his Network as well. Already the coverage is gaining incredible reach.
    And to think; this could have all been yours WRKO.
    I would not have asked for any monetary compensation. I would have shared it freely, so wouldn't the others you systematically denied. The message presented that day would have been a tribute to the late and great John O'Mara and help propel Donald Trump into the White House

    I do not take to this lightly. Oddly enough, no one has attempted to dissuade me from continuing this vein and speaking about it openly. These things  need to be exposed and the support I have received is very comforting. I could care less about 'taking down the man'. Go ahead and continue to screw yourselves by doing these things. I will still be here talking about them. I get far better coverage this way. You are just a small time AM station going the way of the dinosaur and would have been off the air years ago had some one not bought you out to keep the lights on. Mine is a growing enterprise on a growing medium completely self funded and supported by old fashion hard work. I cannot say that some day you will be coming to me to cover an event but I can say this...
    Even after the way I was treated I would never deny you the freedom of the press and respect so deserving of all of us in this industry.

The Unpopular Kid At The Birthday Party

    It is with utter heartbreak that I pen this particular blog.
    It was my intention to honor the name, work and Patriotism of my good friend and mentor, the late John O'Mara by attending the Restore America Conference and Expo in Boxborough Mass on the 17th. I was personally contacted by him over a month ago via e-mail to alert me to the event. John was always so gracious to alert me to events from Northborough Tea Party as well as others and encouraged me to film, write and cover events to get the word out to the public. John was one of the first people to recognize my work years ago and always welcomed me to his venues.
    A little over a week ago John passed away. I and others involved in Liberty attended his Mass. The conversation after wards was one of moving forward with the Expo that John had worked so hard to assemble. Great speakers had been lined up, Boston Broadside Newspaper was present, delegates for Trump were there, friends, fellow Tea Party members and other writers, bloggers assembled at the Holiday Inn just off Rt. 495.
    I too arrived with camera gear in tow, excited to be part of such a special day to honor the hard work of the Trump Campaign, The Republican Committees, Delegates, speakers and John. I was going to put a video/blog piece together that would celebrate the hard work of so many involved and share it with the country.

    Instead I was met at the event with contempt, threats, accusations and humiliation. Eventually I was kicked out.
    I did not mourn the loss of John at his Mass. I celebrated his legacy and resolved with deeper determination to be a more integral part of this movement. However, truly my heart broke that morning for John. His beloved Tea Party had been hijacked.

    I am not sure how, or why his son and others involved refused to have the event covered publicly. I was informed something about contractual obligations between radio host Jeff Kuhner and the event organizers. Personally, I couldn't have cared less to film Kuhner. I find the man a bore and somewhat full of what makes the grass grow green. Fine, I'll shut off the camera during his monologue. In fact, I wanted to speak to the organizers to clarify if ANY of the speakers did not want to be filmed or interviewed. Fine! There was plenty to see, plenty to film, plenty to be part of and I had paid full admission for a full day.
    But none of that ever came to pass.
    My contention was that nothing was mentioned in any e-mail, or on the site about NOT filming. Never mind the fact that the organizers committed the cardinal sin of posting a public event, inviting said public, accepting a cash fee for attendance, representing a National Presidential Campaign, having public figures as guest speakers, hosting it in a hotel, involving the name of  The Tea Party (of which I am a Board Member for the Worcester Chapter) and then at zero hour denying Press coverage. This is a major NO-NO!
    I insisted that you cannot deny free Press access to events involving the public. This falls under the Plain Site Law upheld by the Massachusetts Supreme Court from 2013. If the fear was 'bad press' then, guess what? You just created it!

    No one was interested.
    It was at this time I asked for my money back and was preparing to leave. I had even said to several people I was leaving. Hell, I could cover the event outside. I knew plenty of people there.
    I was about to retrieve my laptop from a chair I had placed it on when a bald headed man approached me. I did not catch his name ( in the heat of the moment I may have just forgotten it). He held out his hand to shake. Naturally I returned the gesture. Next thing I knew he began to hold firm his grip and began raising his voice to me.
    "... Do you understand what I am saying to you?... Do you understand what I am saying to you?.. You are not welcomed here and you are being asked to leave!"
    The man continued his hold on my hand. Clearly, something was up.
    " Actually? No, I don't understand, I am leaving just give me back my money." I finally replied.

    I disengaged his hand and headed towards the chair to grab my computer bag. It is here that he became very vocal letting the crowd in the hall hear and began threatening me with calling the police for trespassing and assault. I never touched the man, never approached him, I did not even speak to him except replying to his admonishments of not being welcomed. I did ask 'what assault?'
    "You resisted me!"
    Clearly this man is disturbed and has a sociopath's ego. It is a shame he is in any way associated with this event. It was HE who approached me, shook my hand and proceeded to raise his voice while firmly gripping my hand. In point of fact? I was assaulted. Verbally and physically.

    Again, it is with utter heartbreak that I must tailor this blog post in this manner. I pray that the spirit of John O'Mara will find forgiveness in any denigration of his name I may have caused.

    But, it is at this point I must defend my name, my reputation and my Media Company in the manner that is well known to my followers.
    As I say on my show, helmets and safety glasses required....

    First of all you bald piece of shit retard, you are a despicable excuse for humanity. You do not know me from the hole in your own thick skull. I have covered political events, campaigns, Republican Committees, The Campaign for Liberty, I am Media Liaison and standing Board Member for The Worcester Tea Party, I am a writer, videographer, business owner and radio host. I have interviewed ( and personally know) dozens of Republican candidates from Oregon to Florida and back again. I have worked as a staffer for campaigns and have been invited to work as a Congressional Staffer by a very dear friend of mine. I have personally worked on signatures for ballot questions. I have had the honor to interview Governors, Naval Commanders, Veterans, Senators, Congressmen, City Councilors, activists. Boston Broadside has covered events hosted by me in the past ( my apologies to Lonnie for not being able to say hello to you). I have interviewed and personally know editors and owners of media publications. My posts, blog and radio show are viewed/heard (literally) nationwide. Some of the guest speakers are also familiar with my work (one of the reasons I was there). Many of the guests in attendance have been on my radio show, supported me at other events, invited me to cover said events, I am in the loop of a vast amount of e-mails regarding politics in Central Mass and those individuals who include my name are fully aware of my Media Company and the work I perform in support of Liberty. Other writers, media people who were in attendance there have also been on my show and were astonished that I was being treated in such an unprofessional manner.
    Did you throw them out as well? I sure hope you informed the audience that there was to be no filming and/or picture taking of the event because if you DID NOT? And, I find coverage of the event anywhere on Social Media (which I will) you have one hell of a lawsuit on your hands.
    Which leads me to my next questions: So, is it just you don't want media coverage at all or just media coverage from my company? Better yet, is it just me, personally? Am I the unpopular kid at the birthday party?
    And, who the fuck are you anyway to threaten me with arrest if I re-enter the hotel.. What if I booked a room there? What if my family was there and I was separated from them because of your insolence and stupidity? Would you vouch for their safety?
    Do you even realize ( or care) what you just did?

    As I said to John O'Mara junior just before this whole charade went to shit. "... You realize, by denying me the chance to cover this event you just wrote the story for me.." I was invited. I was part of the conference call that included delegates to the RNC and who were present at Mr. Clean's tirade.  
   You embarrassed yourself, the Trump Campaign, the delegates and you have sullied the legacy your father built. I was perfectly content to get my money back, let my friend attend (she did not, nor did she ask for a refund) and stay outside the venue. There would have been no stopping me on still covering the event in some manner. Instead I chose the higher path to leave once Kojack got involved..
    I will not pursue this legally. I get far better traction by doing what I have always done; writing about it!

    Again, I did not mourn the loss of my friend and mentor John O'Mara when he passed away. I celebrated his life's work.
    But today, I wept for him.

Climate Change Double Standards

    In the book "Derelict Landscapes" Professors John Jakle and David Wilson describe the powerful as, "... wielding influence to obtain agendas and goals... the influential are naturally drawn together in coalitions to consolidate the exercise of power.."
    When Galileo discovered that the Earth was (in fact) NOT the center of the Universe he ran into a little trouble with the powerful and influential of the time. You see, the prevailing doctrinaire was a plethora of long since debunked 'junk science'. The Universe revolved around the Earth , the Earth was flat and anything scientific was the work of Satan.. Makes sense, right? Islam does the same thing with a whole host of malarkey unique to itself and so does the Anthropogenic Climate Change Disco Crowd.
    With dance steps that never change this group has determined (like the Priests of old) that the science has been settled. And, like the Priests of old, new strict laws are being laid down to punish the wicked and purge society of Satan's (err.... opposing think tank's) evil influence.
    As the legal boom gets lowered on groups opposing the theory of man made climate change we can see another classic manifestation of a powerful, centralized government. Entities align with a scripted approach and a broad brush. With no regard for local communities, local businesses and individuals government hands down dictums to be followed without question or dire consequences can/will result. Centralized bureaucracies then work in unison NOT to serve the public good but to lord over it. Oddly enough, how this monster gets created many times come directly from a localized need to solve a localized problem. The 'environmental movement' is a prime example. What started out as communities looking to hold companies accountable for air and water quality has morphed decades later into a behemoth with the authority to ruin your life for the smallest infraction including disagreeing with those bureaucrats.
    A trend is playing out once again. With some of most stringent environmental, permitting, safety and labor laws in the world small American businesses are financially hobbled before they can open their doors. Meanwhile, powerful conglomerates in league with government passing such regulations (please refer back to the first two paragraphs) can either bypass such regulations, pay off officials (usually campaign donations) or just anti-up the fines as a cost of doing business.
    In the case of General Electric (and when does GE ever not have a 'case'?) according to cleanupge.org. they are responsible for over 78 Superfund sites across the country. In Massachusetts GE was levied a $200 million dollar settlement for dumping PCB's into the Housatonic River in Pittsfield. While Plaintiffs claim this to be a success $200 million dollars is a pittance compared to GE's global profits. GE bought off the town of Pittsfield with 'redevelopment' plans of it's former site. To this day no one is in jail and GE just packed up their factory to pollute another river somewhere else in China or Mexico. However, if Joe's Burger Joint fails to pass a Health Inspection because they don't wrap something up correctly its asta-lavista-baby for poor Joe.
    Yet GE is one of the major players in today's push for 'green energy'. They produce most of the wind turbines around the world despite a long history of defrauding the government ranging from the Minuteman Missile to jet engines. They received bailout money during TARP thanks to a $20 million campaign donation to the Obama Campaign.
    The point of this digression is to expose how double standards exist. It is almost a modern day version of how royalty was able to get away with murder while the peasantry suffered immeasurably under the yoke of tyranny. It is the same as the Catholic Church destroying science and progress from Copernicus and Galileo during the Inquisition while enjoying that same science to construct cathedrals still standing today. Our 'nobles' today comprise of the powerful elites passing Draconian laws with the sole intention of denying the citizenry their God given rights. It will be a walk in the park for Exxon to fight supheonas on their climate research but potential ruin for smaller groups and activists. It is here that the AG's know who will be easy pickings. In fact, lumping in large corporations in this witch hunt is just a ploy to deceive the public into thinking something substantial will result from all of this. The real reason is to target, marginalize, bankrupt and eventually prosecute smaller organizations that represent vast amounts of Conservatives. Or, in the case of recent California Legislation, the individual.

    Lois Lerner and the IRS scandal? That was only a Beta-test. The only thing missing with the roll out of this new version is Steve Jobs at center stage....

The Moral Case For Climate Sanity

    When you think about the events in human history that have transformed the very fabric of society and have spurred on the evolutionary, technological progression of the world we tend to think in terms of tangible items like vaccines, electricity, automobiles, telephones, etc. Asked to think deeper we might mention nuclear power, landing on the moon or cracking the human genome. But if we go deeper, think not of something tangible in the immediate, nor a monumental historical event we find that the most fundemental, life altering (for the world), all encompassing discovery and utilitarian event in modern human history was the discovery and development of oil.
    In fact, the very first environmentally positive impact oil had on the planet was it saved the whales from extinction. Within a decade whaling was all but finished in Western Civilization. We no longer needed whale oil to heat, or light our homes. The second enviromental impact of oil was that de-forestation slowed and eventually ceased. Since the dawn of man warming one's abode was also done by cutting down and burning firewood. Sure, coal was big in London and other European cities but, this too, came to an end.
    The discoveries I mentioned in the first paragraph also could never have ocurred without the development of oil. Mechanization made the work day easier, shorter, cooler, warmer, safer. Travel became quicker, safer. Food became less contaminated and could be shipped across Continents. Wilbur and Orville would never have made that famous flight had it not been for the invention of the internal combustion engine powered by gasoline. For centuries a wounded soldier (however slightly) most likely died right there on the field of glory. Today, a wounded soldier in Afghanistan (however seriously) can be airlifted and in ICU within a few hours. Each, and every step of the way, because of the development of oil.
    I will dispense with the use of the term 'fossil fuels'  for this dissertation. I feel it is acromonious and somewhat a misnomer. Oil does not come from a fossil. It is surmised, by some in the industry, that oil might NOT be made from dinosaurs and millions of years of plankton buried deep. Todays technology is discoverng that wells tapped out and abandoned years ago have refilled. This is part of why America's resurgence in oil production as come to be.
    Oil is also NOT a finite resource. According to Alex Epstein in his book, "The Moral Case for Fossil Fuels" the entire human consumption of oil since the mid 19th century to today is a fraction of what is tapped and untapped worldwide. There is also no such thing as 'Peak Oil'. Where ever we look for oil, we find oil. Current US reserve estimates hover around $50 Trillion over the next century. By 2020 The US will (once again) be an oil exporter instead of an oil importer. Already from a high of 60% in the mid 70's we now import less than 30% of our oil and that number is falling steadily. This is a far cry from the Carter days of Malaise and Crisis, the doom and gloom of running out oil and economic collapse.
    Lets explore that premise for a moment.
    It was easy to arrive at such a conclusion then. Technology was not what it is today. Computer processing was still in the gestational phase. Geologists working for oil companies were still guessing that 'maybe' a field might pan out. Today with ground penetrating radar, Sonar, satellites, deep core drilling, side drilling, deep sea submersibles we can now peer deep into Earth's Core and unlock it's secrets. All because of oil. The very thing we were once told we would run out of within a few decades back in 1978.
    It is a myth and a well funded lie that the use of oil is the key factor in the cabal known as Climate Change. Since no significant, catastrophic rise in Global Temperatures has ocurred since the idea was birthed the term 'Global Warming' is now passe'.
    Liberals always change the names to protect the guilty.
    Ice core samples from the Antarctic show massive shifts in climate eons ago.. There was no industralization then. Third World, abjectly impoverished nations are the worst hit whenever a climate related disaster takes place. Western economies can handle such things because of our use of oil. We can build levees, sea walls, rush in aid, warn residents to get out not just because of oil but rather the capatilistic, technological infrastructure oil has provided to us. Poor nations have none of this. It is not the use oil (causing Clmate Change) that creates death and destruction in such areas it is the lack there of. A drought in Ethiopia kills millions. A drought in California means grapes cost a dollar more. A flood in Sri-Lanka creates a refugee crisis. A flood in Ohio and Serv-Pro arrives.. Like it never even happened.
    The negative enviromental impacts of oil are localized and almost always caused by human error and not the oil itself. However, because of oil we now have the technology to remediate and limit the impact of such accidents. We also have an educated society and a legal system in place to lessen these threats and hold accountable involved parties. Poor nations do not. Despotic regimes think nothing of the health and welfare of their people. Capitalism and Democratic institutions ensure economical, efficient and safe use of oil. Eliminating oil production and usage in the West will only hurt the poorest among us and do nothing to stem the poverty as well as unsafe production and usage in despotic nations. The Sudanese Gov't could care less what Greenpeace and The Sierra Club have to say.
    It is here that we must look at the real 'endgame' of the anti-oil crowd. It is anti-humanism. Eradicating a fuel source that is involved in every facet of our lives will lead to societal regression. 85% of all electricity generated in the world is via oil, coal or natural gas. Nuclear, hydro make up about 10% with solar, wind and geothermal rounding it out at 5%. It is not just 'generating electricity' that we will miss out on should we prevail down this inevitable act of stupidity. It is the empowerment of individuals to lift themselves out of poverty that we will snuff out. For a few dollars a woman can buy a truck and start a delivery business,  A man can start an online service, people can connect and market all because of oil and the tecnological marvels it has given us. Deny these people the open use of a proven commodity and you destroy the engine of economic growth; ideas. Destroy ideas, destroy growth and you destroy man.
    What Climate Change are we talking about here anyways? Computers are still very dumb instruments. If you feed a computer, all the algorithms and parameters to tell it to jump of a cliff (barring the sprouting of legs) it will jump off a cliff! If you feed the computer data to model a forecast of global disaster based on the input, you feed it will spit out exactly that which you have told it to do. Yet professors and activists point to this very slanted model driven data and they call it science. Consensus is NOT science. ( Doct. R.D.Lang, "The Politics of Experience" 1964) Consensus is 10 people in a room filling up with smoke from a fire. 9 of them agree to wait for the fire department because they opened a window. The crazy person is that 1 guy who says 'lets climb out the window and down the fire escape'. Climate Change Deniers (as the AG Maura Healey calls them) are those denying the consensus of scientists' who are well funded and who point to a global catastrophe if we do not abandon oil now. We are now openly prosecuting those very people who offer a differing opinion. Isn't science suppose to be tested? Given the countering data of no disasterously measurable temperature climb, climate stability in general, a 50 year lull on hurricane activity, human advancement because of oil, rise in incomes and ability to combat any disaster with technology; does this not present the scientific version of 'testing the theory'?
    Lets look at one immediate and definitive example. In 2013 a research vessel embarked on a voyage to Antarctica to study the melting ice and Climate Change. 100 miles out from the very bay they intended to set up camp they got stuck in some of the thickest sea ice in over 100 years. Two of the worlds biggest and most powerful ice breaking ships failed to rescue them. Eventually the Chinese sent helicopters to ferry them out... All of this powered by oil. In fact, had oil NOT been a factor in this rescue they would have all perished. The activists stayed entertained with internet, satellite uplinks, hot food, hot showers, cell phones and well designed thermal clothing... All because of oil.. The very thing they were all convinced was destroying our climate. In point of fact; it was the climate who almost destroyed them
    I will depart for a moment and lend one iota of support to the anti-oil lunacy. First, do no harm. We must weigh the benefit vs the risk. The benefit of oil is there for us all to see. The risk is also there for us all to see. But the former outweighs the latter and we can mitigate those risks. Conversely, abandoning our use of oil is unproven, problematic, un-foreseen, un-knowable and frought with risk. Risks we neither know how to mitigate if we can at all.
    Oil is in every facet of our lives so much so we cannot fathom it, yet enjoy it's abundance. Oil removed from every facet of our lives is abundently un-fathomable.
    So, first; do no harm and morally embrace Climate Sanity.

The Day The Music Died On Lexington Green

    On April 19th 1775 in the wee-dawn hours 80+ men trekked from various towns and gathered upon a sheep field to face down one of the most formidable military machines since Rome. The causes for such an action were many but they boiled down to a simple 'taxation without representation' and (more importantly) the confiscation of arms from the citizenry.
    On April 6th 2016 just  a few hundred yards from that blood stained sheep field the citizens of Lexington voted to deny the right to bear arms within the town's limits. They voted to become sheep themselves.

    In a stunning display of misinformation, outright lies, procedural ridiculousness and personal 'feelings' about 'guns', the aging and former City Council Member Robert Rotberg decided to leave a parting gift to posterity and petition the town to ban any weapon that fires more than two bullets.. Yes, Lexington, you get to keep your muskets in case British Regulars show up again.
    However that petition was tabled at a previous meeting and Rotberg decided to re-word it. Originally it would have been a bylaw change but the 4/6 meeting had the motion changed to a non-binding resolution. The details (as is revealed in the videos below) was to ".. initiate a town-wide discussion about assault weapons and gun violence that would lead to fully considered proposals.."
    In other words, the town would  talk about banning guns before they eventually decide to do so.
    Gee, thanks Bob..

    The only fly in that Vaseline jar is the 'discussion' will be moderated by The League of Women Voters' who are historically on record as supporting anti-2nd Amend. Legislation. How the LWV got involved in this nightmare is any one's guess.. I suggest you ask Bob.

     As the evening unfolded the 'pro' and 'con' statements from the citizenry was equally proportioned in numbers but diametrically opposed in facts. One woman was put off by the amount of security, metal detectors, searches, etc and noted that she had never seen such a display before at a town meeting. She posited that such a discussion and topic precipitated this and is one of the reasons to support the resolution.
    I guess even discussing guns is reason to ban them. In fact, as I will point out throughout this piece, many of the 'pro' resolution people based many of their concerns on feelings alone despite the many 'con' people who pointed out our Constitution, Council Members inability to clarify what an 'assault' weapon is or even the difference between a 'semi-automatic' and a 'fully automatic'. Then, there is the old adage, ".. What part of '..shall not be infringed..' do you NOT understand?" Many in the audience began laughing when Ole' Bob was asked about a particular weapon that could fire 600-900 rounds per minute and could not answer but assured us we could look it up on the internet.
    I didn't have to.. Its the Gatling gun under the nose of the A-10 Warthog but I have a hard time imagining gun owners of Lexington fitting an A-10 in their garages.

    Bob assured us that his 'bullet' points and 'internet' findings were from reputable sites but he gave no indication as to where he found them. I was waiting for some one to suggest we not use the word 'bullet' because it might be micro-aggressive. Ole' Bobby flashed a great 'stat' on the overhead how between 2009 and 2014 over 300,000 people were killed in the US by guns and between 2014 and 2016 another 200,000 were killed by guns.
    Folks, these are genocide statistics and if any of this were remotely true we would have UN trucks roaming our streets. Don't worry, the Lexington City Council will 'discuss' that one soon I am sure..
    In the book "The Way Things Ought To Be" Rush Limbaugh reveals the same statistical shenanigans trumpeted by homeless Advocates. They were famous for using numbers like 1/2 a million homeless people die each year on American streets. A patently absurd claim since such a number would essentially end homelessness forever by simple attrition. Another slide posted by Rotberg showed the United States and areas of colored dots. These dots represented gun killings in 2016. The country was festooned with red. Again Rotberg was unable to give any credibility to his 'evidence'.
     I can.

     MRC Video commentator Bill Whittle posts his great, educational segments on his famous 'Firewall'. Yes, The United States is number one in gun ownership, over 90 per 100 people are gun owners. But the #1 murder rate (by guns) at 90 per 100,000 people is.... Socialist controlled Honduras. The US does not even come in the top 100. With just 4.7 murders (by guns) per 100,000 people The US comes in at 111 out of over 200+ nations. In fact, the nations that DO round out the top 100 are Socialist States with stringent gun control laws.
    The 4.7 number is artificially inflated because of countless cities like Baltimore, Detroit, DC, Cleveland, Pittsburgh and more that have adopted the same nonsense Lexington is about to and experience rampant gun related crime and violence.. Except Plano Texas. Plano Texas residents boast as having more weapons in every home (per capita) than most of the United States writ-large. Their murder rate (by guns) is 0.4 per in a city wide population of over 270,000.
     It would be interesting to see how many gun related violent  (per capita) crimes were committed in Lexington with a population of just over 33,000. In the videos at the end of this piece a Lexington police officer was asked that very question. In the last 5 years only one (1) crime was committed with a gun and only 3 (suspected) suicides.

   

    What is frightening about this resolution is the eventual 'confiscation'. It does not address actual violence or crime itself but personal property. At the 8:41 part of video 2 Bob claims that Lexington is ".. the center of the Universe.." and other towns will take up similar resolutions. The Council goes on to add that they can only be concerned with Lexington in so far as to crime in other communities with similar laws. So, disarming the citizens of Lexington is a Lexington issue and they have no say what goes on in other towns.
    It is now open hunting season in the town of Lexington because gun free Chicago and DC are just such perfect examples of reducing crime by banning guns.
    Not once did Bob Rotberg or any one in the 'pro' aisle 'discuss' how they would go about enforcing this ban. Liberals are always hazy about details. Details tend to get in the way of 'feel-good' dogma.
     Only one citizen stood and spoke about this. The Police Chief is on record of saying he would 'stand down' on weighing in on this resolution but gave no details as to whether or not he would 'enforce' the resolution. Another citizen quoted Justice Sutor by stating that we restrict certain aspects of free speech to protect citizens and that the 2nd Amendment  falls under those same restrictions.
    Well, I am sorry, but Justice Sutor is wrong! What part of  ".. shall not be infringed do you NOT understand?"

    Then came the 'procedural' aspects of this fiasco.
    In the rules section there is a part about "calling the question".

    " Town meeting members may, after a period of time, decide that they've heard enough debate and 'call the question'. If a town meeting member makes this motion, we will immediately take a vote to see if a majority of members agree..."

    Well, you can guess, at the final 10 minutes of video 2 below some random 'member' did just that. Every one took up their American Idol clickers and voted. The final tally was 84-80 to suspend debate. A simple majority.
    There is only one problem with such a 'procedure'. It defies and abrogates Constitutional Law of the 2/3 clause. Majorities only count if there is a 2/3's or more vote. Close votes such as this one demand that the meeting stay in session because the vote is essentially split. But, poor old Bob and the other aging 'members' had to get home to watch Matlock and take their Geritol before bedtime so screw it!
    Considering that only a few hundred people were there deciding this important issue claiming they 'represent' a population of 33,000 it wasn't even an act of 'Democracy'. It certainly did not even consider Constitution.
    No, It was an act of Elitism, Oligarchs. A small group of self righteous individuals deciding what is best for the rest of us.
    So, with a second simple majority vote the town members of Lexington Mass, birthplace of our Revolution for Independence voted by simple Oligarch majority to 'discuss' the eventual banning and confiscation of guns within the city limits.
    We have come full circle and our history is complete.

Child Trafficking in Worcester Courts

How many times must we hear these stories? Every family involved with Child Protective Services has them! I have been reporting on this since 2008! How many times before our elected take action and shut down this (codified in Law) child trafficking industry?
    Who are these people? Why is it that 'hear-say' is allowed in Family Court but is summarily rejected in Criminal Court? Are their two standards of Jurist Prudence? Apparently their is.
    On Thursday afternoon March 3rd, there was a stand out in front of Worcester Court on 200 Main St. Two women with nothing left to lose (because they have lost their children) stood out and made people aware of a systematic abduction of children perpetrated by our own Government. A system of money for adoption, Foster-Care passed into Law during the Clinton Administration.
     After all, It Takes A Village, doesn't it? The numbers can be viewed on the Social Security web page  . Anywhere from 5 to 10 Thousand Dollars for children taken from families. Recently fired Melissa Harris Perry from PMSNBC said last year that we need to let go of our collective idea that our children belong to us.
    The media lexicon, and our current Democrat Presidential front runner's own words are now paramount regarding this issue. The State needs to take a primary role in raising our children.
    Who are these people?
    As I have written before in this blog site, Domestic Violence and reported Child Abuse has fallen since 2000 by over 60%. This is good! However, at the same time arrests for such crimes have increased almost as much. How do we account for this? The answer is simple. It is because the level of 'preponderance of evidence' is so low in Family Court and Social Services that you could get up from this article right now and call the 1-800 number and snitch on your BFF. Sounds crazy, right?...
......Happens everyday....

    This brings us to where we are now. The fact that Domestic Violence and Child Abuse has dropped so much is a result of awareness and laws doing what it is supposed to do. But don't let a successful government program get in the way of expanding itself.. Au-Contraire' mon Ami! Don't ever let a crisis go to waste.
    Let's invent the numbers.
    Let's get Doctors involved, Schools involved, YMCA involved.. Make every one a 'Mandated Reporter'. And if that fails?  America, you are FUCKED!  Seriously!!.. It is THAT SIMPLE.. This is the story I hear over and over again on my show when I interview these parents.
    It is always a dumb-ass loser who calls the Hotline. Does CPS take into account that this caller is an idiot? NO! Do they take into account the caller has a criminal record? NO! And, when they place the child, do they take into account any past records?..............
     Follow the money. Look up St. Rep. Nancy Shaefer from Georgia who was about to expose this then (sudendly) wound up dead in an apparent murder/suicide with her husband.
    In the UK, a law was passed to fund Social Workers to every family. It exempted Muslims because... That would be racist and 'profiling'. Sooo... Profiling Natural Born Citizens is NOT 'profiling'?
    Well, what is the monnicker of Child Protective Services?.. "We don't need no stinkin warrant..."

Gordo And His Commie Crew At Kelly Square

   



    I had the opportunity to be present at Gordon Davis' annual protest to Kelly Square. I say annual because it looks as if he is going to repeat this in celebration to the arrests made last year when his illustrious band blocked traffic. I guess expecting traffic to flow through one of the countries most dangerous intersections is racist.

    "Hey! Hey! Ho! Ho! These racist cops have got to go!" Even Bernie Sanders said in the debate last week that cops should look like the community they police. That's a tall order. This town has a lot of ethnicities. Might as well just call in the UN.
    But, I think Petty, Economou, Riveira and Lukes have that covered. We could station all the police who think that their oath to office 'has no bearing' around the City Hall area. My only beef with the Worcester Police is that they don't show up when you call them. Well, they do, an hour later.

    What astounds me is that a group of Ultra-Left avowed Communists get as much attention in the local Press as they do. Mass Live was there. Diane Williamson from T+G was there.  I think two photographers from Worcester Mag were there as well. Interestingly so was Sonja Connor. She was the woman last year at the forums for Bias and Race who spoke to the audience about not including the Press so that they could create a 'safe space'. Seems she ate all the coverage up this time around.
    Ahhh Liberals, always picking and choosing the rules that apply, when they apply, how they apply.




    I attended this protest with a member of our local Worcester Tea Party. We had hoped to pass out some flyers to our next event but Gordon would have none of that. His conviction that 'we' are the problem is a tough nut to crack.
    Gordon is a funny guy.. See, he has NEVER attended a Tea Party rally, event or a simple meeting yet assured myself and my collegue he knows what we are all about. Whereas we have attended more than a few of his rallies and we can clearly SEE what his group is all about. I even have it on film!
    What makes Gordon even funnier is that (since we have been to his rallies) he still can't remember who the hell we are! My collegue introduced himself, I introduced myself ( both of us reminding him of the few times we met before). Gordon stared at us like  like we had six heads.
     Maybe you  should keep it down to a couple of joints while hanging at the Mosaic Center there Gordo.. Just a thought bro..

    Speaking of Mosaic. I ran into another collegue of mine last week who has been down there. I asked him what that place was all about. He told me all they do is hang out and get high. There is no cultural center, as was the front. It is a hang out where they get stoned and plan the Communist overthrow of Worcester. Now, I can't confirm this but when the City refuses to have the place audited, claims that Mike Gaffney is racist because he suggested it be audited and an eye witness tells me what ACTUALLY goes on in there. It definitely makes one scratch their head.

    More Oxymorons of Gordo and Crew include these gems; My collegue wanted to pass out some flyers and try to get some of these people to attend our Jan 28th event with Political Scientist  Professor Cunningham of UMass Boston. Gordo did not want us passing out flyers. Fair enough until we reached Kelly Square and Sonja Connor got hold of the megaphone and decried the acts of the Worcester Police who arrested a man at Quinsig. College for.... Passing out flyers..
    I know! You really CAN'T wrap your head around it can you.

    They were very proud to invoke the name of Dr. King and how he would have wanted them to speak out about injustice. True, but I doubt Dr. King would uphold their tenets of Socialism because, you see, Dr. King was neither a Socialist, Republican or Democrat but I didn't have the heart to burst their little Commie balloon on such a happy occasion.

    Among the speeches were the usual rants of tearing down businesses while at the same time demanding $15.00/ hr. Where these businesses are going to come from that pay this after they tear them all down is any one's guess. They also want to tax these businesses at the Bernie rate of 90%.
    I know...
    Among the chants as they headed back to their rally point was that if they don't get what they want they will shut it down.
    So, like petulant children they will have temper tantrums if mommy doesn't buy them that shiny new toy.

    And who is going to supply all these gifts if everything is shut down?
    The government will because all this amounts to is a total take over by government of everything.   Strangley enough none of them is able to answer the big question. Once these people attain what they desire what happens to all those who disagree with them and want to form a group and protest?
    We have history and countless mass grave sites to give us that answer.

ActNow Worcester's Letter to Police Chief Gemme

Subject: WPD Police Reporting Protocols

 

Dear Chief Gemme,

I am a local civil rights advocate known for practicing Martin Luther King-style victimless protesting in the city.

On December 10th, I was wrongly accused by an angry public official at city hall of assaulting him. Officer Angela Consiglio responded to the call and talked me out of being arrested at the scene, saying it would be a waste of the department's time and resources. I heeded her advice and chose to leave without hand cuffs. However, a few days later I went to the WPD records clerk to see what had been reported by Officer Consiglio. The records clerk said that she could not provide me a copy of the report (#2015000123444) because I had been listed as a "suspect" by the responding officer and suspects are not allowed to see the reports. I persisted and three weeks later I was finally given a copy of the report by Lt. McKiernan, who said that Officer Consiglio had been forced by protocol to list me as a suspect, and that he understood my concern.

Several questions arise:

1. Why are WPD officers boxed into reporting all accusers as "victims" and all accused as "suspects," irrespective of the facts and circumstances found?

2.  When and how was this reporting protocol introduced?

 

3. Does the FBI or any other non-city entity have access to WPD police logs and/or reports?

4.  How do wrongly accused persons in Worcester go about petitioning for corrections to police reports that contain false or misleading information?

5. Why is the WPD records clerk required to automatically refuse copies of police reports to anyone and everyone listed as a suspect, even in cases involving no charges filed, no investigation pending, and even, as in my case, where the wrongly accused had offered, eagerly, to be arrested?

6. How many Worcester residents are currently listed as suspects?

7. How difficult would it be to notify all Worcester residents who are currently listed as suspects that the WPD has them listed as suspects and that, consequently, they may be denied access to certain public records?

8. Is there a sunset clause on suspect status or is it once a suspect, always a suspect?

Losing The Dooki-Dance (Again) In 2016

   






Interestingly, many people have both good and bad opinions of every Republican Candidate on the roster for 2016. This is normal and healthy for our Republic. What is disturbing is the fact that who ever makes the final leg will instantly lose about 90% of all the supporters of the guys/gals who didn't make it.. Hey, I want unicorn farts and lollipops too but the reality is that Romney lost because of the very thing I just described and we run the risk of repeating it again in 2016.

     The Primaries are there to sort it all out so, participate. When we reach Convention time just fucking get on board with the nominee and quit yer bitchin!

     I am a Dummett, Trump, Cruz guy.. Still have not made up my mind but I sure as hell AM NOT voting Communist in November because if we elect any of those idiots there WILL NOT be another election. The final Socialist nail is being driven into America's coffin. Lets get our shit together and drive a wedge up in there to stop it regardless of who the Republican Nominee is.. Hell, that boot wearing wizard guy would be better than Hitlery or Col. Sanders any day..

     The establishment is doing it’s damnedest to destroy Donald Trump. From Confederate Flag turncoat Nicki Haley and her op-ed after the SOTU, she is such a shill for the GOP she wreaks of it. I could smell elephant meat through the TV the other night. These are the people we should be worrying about. They will fuck this election up and not think twice. They will go back to their fiefdoms at six figures a year until the next cycle comes around.

    And come around it will in the Congressional/Senatorial races. I have been interviewing candidates since 2008. I see the same old bullshit every cycle. Even now, there is a thread going around Social Media that the Mass GOP has decided to no longer support women’s GOP groups in the state.. Really? These dim bulbs ACTUALLY think this is a good idea! Can you imagine being a fly on the wall at that meeting?

“Bob? Sue? Mark? Are we all on board with this?”

“Yes Mr./Mrs. Chairman. Time to put it to a vote..”.... Yay! Democracy in action!

    I cannot wait to ask my good friends Bonnie Johnson, Carmen Camona, Jackie Kostas who are running and have run for various Republican offices this very question. This kabuki theater is nothing new in GOP Mass politics. The Mark Fisher debacle, the Mass Rep. Assembly debacle, me getting tossed out (twice) from Charlie Baker events even though Meat And Potatoes was invited.. I still get invitations from his team!

    No one is at the helm. And if there is? They need a serious enema and a slap.

    The rise of the Independent Candidate is no longer on the rise.. It is front and center and the only weapon the GOP has is to dismiss and denigrate. Internet and Social Media is winning the ‘awareness war’ at least. People no longer listen to the crap these people spew. Have any of them thought that maybe, just maybe this DOESN’T mean the end of GOP politics as they have grown comfortably numb in? Perhaps (if they get their heads out of their asses) they could find their power rising if they get with the outside candidate. They might even affect real change from their newly found and solidified position.

    Unfortunately, I fear this will not come to pass in 2016. The only ‘solidified’ position they will assume is that of stinking turds left on a city sidewalk and the candidates who selflessly put their necks out to run for something will have to walk this gauntlet. This is why politics stinks. Not because it sucks to go through the process but because you end up with excrement all over you by the time you reach the finish line.

    And there, at the end stands the Establishment with a cold garden hose waiting to hose you off as you enter the next phase of the dooki-dance.. Actually taking office..
