Michigan's state House of Representatives has passed bill HB 4474, a piece of legislation that criminalizes causing someone to feel threatened by words.
Under the new bill, offenders are "guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than 5 years, or by a fine of not more than $10,000....."

The legislation would prohibit mental health professionals from engaging youths in the scientifically discredited practice of trying to convert people who are LGBTQ+ to heterosexuality and traditional gender expectations.
The Michigan Senate approved the ban on a 21-15 vote — with one Republican siding with Democrats — late Tuesday after the state House previously approved the legislation. It now awaits final approval by Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, who has previously called the therapy a "dangerous practice."

In 1979 the Department of Education was formed during the Carter Administration. The first Director was Joseph Califano. He warned Carter. This was a bad idea.

I remember when I entered High School in 1978. One of my favorite classes was American Government. I took that class well into my Junior year until it was... Dropped from the curriculum. It was the beginning of the end. I was too young, too idealistic (and too stoned) to realize what was coming.
Education in America was on an inexorable path to it's own demise. But no one in my day could imagine a boy using a girl's bathroom simply because he felt that way.
And what if?
What if that happened and maybe that boy raped a girl? We knew then (as it should be now) that boy would be arrested. We also knew then that no man, or even some weirdo in a ladies' dress would enter a woman's bathroom. These were Axioms. Simple truths. But under the new rules of Wokestan these things are normal.

But the school Super knew about it! He was fired (of course) but you need to ask yourself why he hid it in the first place. The report states that, "..The school system lacked a proper Title IX complaint process, and it did not begin a Title IX investigation until months after both sexual assaults. It did not even have an official Title IX guidance policy (only a draft policy) until 2022...."
No one lacked shit. They were told to stand down. Our children are fodder and are up for grabs.
