The Day The Music Died On Lexington Green

    On April 19th 1775 in the wee-dawn hours 80+ men trekked from various towns and gathered upon a sheep field to face down one of the most formidable military machines since Rome. The causes for such an action were many but they boiled down to a simple 'taxation without representation' and (more importantly) the confiscation of arms from the citizenry.
    On April 6th 2016 just  a few hundred yards from that blood stained sheep field the citizens of Lexington voted to deny the right to bear arms within the town's limits. They voted to become sheep themselves.

    In a stunning display of misinformation, outright lies, procedural ridiculousness and personal 'feelings' about 'guns', the aging and former City Council Member Robert Rotberg decided to leave a parting gift to posterity and petition the town to ban any weapon that fires more than two bullets.. Yes, Lexington, you get to keep your muskets in case British Regulars show up again.
    However that petition was tabled at a previous meeting and Rotberg decided to re-word it. Originally it would have been a bylaw change but the 4/6 meeting had the motion changed to a non-binding resolution. The details (as is revealed in the videos below) was to ".. initiate a town-wide discussion about assault weapons and gun violence that would lead to fully considered proposals.."
    In other words, the town would  talk about banning guns before they eventually decide to do so.

    The only fly in that Vaseline jar is the 'discussion' will be moderated by The League of Women Voters' who are historically on record as supporting anti-2nd Amend. Legislation. How the LWV got involved in this nightmare is any one's guess.. I suggest you ask Bob.

     As the evening unfolded the 'pro' and 'con' statements from the citizenry was equally proportioned in numbers but diametrically opposed in facts. One woman was put off by the amount of security, metal detectors, searches, etc and noted that she had never seen such a display before at a town meeting. She posited that such a discussion and topic precipitated this and is one of the reasons to support the resolution.
    I guess even discussing guns is reason to ban them. In fact, as I will point out throughout this piece, many of the 'pro' resolution people based many of their concerns on feelings alone despite the many 'con' people who pointed out our Constitution, Council Members inability to clarify what an 'assault' weapon is or even the difference between a 'semi-automatic' and a 'fully automatic'. Then, there is the old adage, ".. What part of '..shall not be infringed..' do you NOT understand?" Many in the audience began laughing when Ole' Bob was asked about a particular weapon that could fire 600-900 rounds per minute and could not answer but assured us we could look it up on the internet.
    I didn't have to.. Its the Gatling gun under the nose of the A-10 Warthog but I have a hard time imagining gun owners of Lexington fitting an A-10 in their garages.

    Bob assured us that his 'bullet' points and 'internet' findings were from reputable sites but he gave no indication as to where he found them. I was waiting for some one to suggest we not use the word 'bullet' because it might be micro-aggressive. Ole' Bobby flashed a great 'stat' on the overhead how between 2009 and 2014 over 300,000 people were killed in the US by guns and between 2014 and 2016 another 200,000 were killed by guns.
    Folks, these are genocide statistics and if any of this were remotely true we would have UN trucks roaming our streets. Don't worry, the Lexington City Council will 'discuss' that one soon I am sure..
    In the book "The Way Things Ought To Be" Rush Limbaugh reveals the same statistical shenanigans trumpeted by homeless Advocates. They were famous for using numbers like 1/2 a million homeless people die each year on American streets. A patently absurd claim since such a number would essentially end homelessness forever by simple attrition. Another slide posted by Rotberg showed the United States and areas of colored dots. These dots represented gun killings in 2016. The country was festooned with red. Again Rotberg was unable to give any credibility to his 'evidence'.
     I can.

     MRC Video commentator Bill Whittle posts his great, educational segments on his famous 'Firewall'. Yes, The United States is number one in gun ownership, over 90 per 100 people are gun owners. But the #1 murder rate (by guns) at 90 per 100,000 people is.... Socialist controlled Honduras. The US does not even come in the top 100. With just 4.7 murders (by guns) per 100,000 people The US comes in at 111 out of over 200+ nations. In fact, the nations that DO round out the top 100 are Socialist States with stringent gun control laws.
    The 4.7 number is artificially inflated because of countless cities like Baltimore, Detroit, DC, Cleveland, Pittsburgh and more that have adopted the same nonsense Lexington is about to and experience rampant gun related crime and violence.. Except Plano Texas. Plano Texas residents boast as having more weapons in every home (per capita) than most of the United States writ-large. Their murder rate (by guns) is 0.4 per in a city wide population of over 270,000.
     It would be interesting to see how many gun related violent  (per capita) crimes were committed in Lexington with a population of just over 33,000. In the videos at the end of this piece a Lexington police officer was asked that very question. In the last 5 years only one (1) crime was committed with a gun and only 3 (suspected) suicides.

   

    What is frightening about this resolution is the eventual 'confiscation'. It does not address actual violence or crime itself but personal property. At the 8:41 part of video 2 Bob claims that Lexington is ".. the center of the Universe.." and other towns will take up similar resolutions. The Council goes on to add that they can only be concerned with Lexington in so far as to crime in other communities with similar laws. So, disarming the citizens of Lexington is a Lexington issue and they have no say what goes on in other towns.
    It is now open hunting season in the town of Lexington because gun free Chicago and DC are just such perfect examples of reducing crime by banning guns.
    Not once did Bob Rotberg or any one in the 'pro' aisle 'discuss' how they would go about enforcing this ban. Liberals are always hazy about details. Details tend to get in the way of 'feel-good' dogma.
     Only one citizen stood and spoke about this. The Police Chief is on record of saying he would 'stand down' on weighing in on this resolution but gave no details as to whether or not he would 'enforce' the resolution. Another citizen quoted Justice Sutor by stating that we restrict certain aspects of free speech to protect citizens and that the 2nd Amendment  falls under those same restrictions.
    Well, I am sorry, but Justice Sutor is wrong! What part of  ".. shall not be infringed do you NOT understand?"

    Then came the 'procedural' aspects of this fiasco.
    In the rules section there is a part about "calling the question".

    " Town meeting members may, after a period of time, decide that they've heard enough debate and 'call the question'. If a town meeting member makes this motion, we will immediately take a vote to see if a majority of members agree..."

    Well, you can guess, at the final 10 minutes of video 2 below some random 'member' did just that. Every one took up their American Idol clickers and voted. The final tally was 84-80 to suspend debate. A simple majority.
    There is only one problem with such a 'procedure'. It defies and abrogates Constitutional Law of the 2/3 clause. Majorities only count if there is a 2/3's or more vote. Close votes such as this one demand that the meeting stay in session because the vote is essentially split. But, poor old Bob and the other aging 'members' had to get home to watch Matlock and take their Geritol before bedtime so screw it!
    Considering that only a few hundred people were there deciding this important issue claiming they 'represent' a population of 33,000 it wasn't even an act of 'Democracy'. It certainly did not even consider Constitution.
    No, It was an act of Elitism, Oligarchs. A small group of self righteous individuals deciding what is best for the rest of us.
    So, with a second simple majority vote the town members of Lexington Mass, birthplace of our Revolution for Independence voted by simple Oligarch majority to 'discuss' the eventual banning and confiscation of guns within the city limits.
    We have come full circle and our history is complete.

Child Trafficking in Worcester Courts

How many times must we hear these stories? Every family involved with Child Protective Services has them! I have been reporting on this since 2008! How many times before our elected take action and shut down this (codified in Law) child trafficking industry?
    Who are these people? Why is it that 'hear-say' is allowed in Family Court but is summarily rejected in Criminal Court? Are their two standards of Jurist Prudence? Apparently their is.
    On Thursday afternoon March 3rd, there was a stand out in front of Worcester Court on 200 Main St. Two women with nothing left to lose (because they have lost their children) stood out and made people aware of a systematic abduction of children perpetrated by our own Government. A system of money for adoption, Foster-Care passed into Law during the Clinton Administration.
     After all, It Takes A Village, doesn't it? The numbers can be viewed on the Social Security web page  . Anywhere from 5 to 10 Thousand Dollars for children taken from families. Recently fired Melissa Harris Perry from PMSNBC said last year that we need to let go of our collective idea that our children belong to us.
    The media lexicon, and our current Democrat Presidential front runner's own words are now paramount regarding this issue. The State needs to take a primary role in raising our children.
    Who are these people?
    As I have written before in this blog site, Domestic Violence and reported Child Abuse has fallen since 2000 by over 60%. This is good! However, at the same time arrests for such crimes have increased almost as much. How do we account for this? The answer is simple. It is because the level of 'preponderance of evidence' is so low in Family Court and Social Services that you could get up from this article right now and call the 1-800 number and snitch on your BFF. Sounds crazy, right?...
......Happens everyday....

    This brings us to where we are now. The fact that Domestic Violence and Child Abuse has dropped so much is a result of awareness and laws doing what it is supposed to do. But don't let a successful government program get in the way of expanding itself.. Au-Contraire' mon Ami! Don't ever let a crisis go to waste.
    Let's invent the numbers.
    Let's get Doctors involved, Schools involved, YMCA involved.. Make every one a 'Mandated Reporter'. And if that fails?  America, you are FUCKED!  Seriously!!.. It is THAT SIMPLE.. This is the story I hear over and over again on my show when I interview these parents.
    It is always a dumb-ass loser who calls the Hotline. Does CPS take into account that this caller is an idiot? NO! Do they take into account the caller has a criminal record? NO! And, when they place the child, do they take into account any past records?..............
     Follow the money. Look up St. Rep. Nancy Shaefer from Georgia who was about to expose this then (sudendly) wound up dead in an apparent murder/suicide with her husband.
    In the UK, a law was passed to fund Social Workers to every family. It exempted Muslims because... That would be racist and 'profiling'. Sooo... Profiling Natural Born Citizens is NOT 'profiling'?
    Well, what is the monnicker of Child Protective Services?.. "We don't need no stinkin warrant..."

Gordo And His Commie Crew At Kelly Square

   



    I had the opportunity to be present at Gordon Davis' annual protest to Kelly Square. I say annual because it looks as if he is going to repeat this in celebration to the arrests made last year when his illustrious band blocked traffic. I guess expecting traffic to flow through one of the countries most dangerous intersections is racist.

    "Hey! Hey! Ho! Ho! These racist cops have got to go!" Even Bernie Sanders said in the debate last week that cops should look like the community they police. That's a tall order. This town has a lot of ethnicities. Might as well just call in the UN.
    But, I think Petty, Economou, Riveira and Lukes have that covered. We could station all the police who think that their oath to office 'has no bearing' around the City Hall area. My only beef with the Worcester Police is that they don't show up when you call them. Well, they do, an hour later.

    What astounds me is that a group of Ultra-Left avowed Communists get as much attention in the local Press as they do. Mass Live was there. Diane Williamson from T+G was there.  I think two photographers from Worcester Mag were there as well. Interestingly so was Sonja Connor. She was the woman last year at the forums for Bias and Race who spoke to the audience about not including the Press so that they could create a 'safe space'. Seems she ate all the coverage up this time around.
    Ahhh Liberals, always picking and choosing the rules that apply, when they apply, how they apply.




    I attended this protest with a member of our local Worcester Tea Party. We had hoped to pass out some flyers to our next event but Gordon would have none of that. His conviction that 'we' are the problem is a tough nut to crack.
    Gordon is a funny guy.. See, he has NEVER attended a Tea Party rally, event or a simple meeting yet assured myself and my collegue he knows what we are all about. Whereas we have attended more than a few of his rallies and we can clearly SEE what his group is all about. I even have it on film!
    What makes Gordon even funnier is that (since we have been to his rallies) he still can't remember who the hell we are! My collegue introduced himself, I introduced myself ( both of us reminding him of the few times we met before). Gordon stared at us like  like we had six heads.
     Maybe you  should keep it down to a couple of joints while hanging at the Mosaic Center there Gordo.. Just a thought bro..

    Speaking of Mosaic. I ran into another collegue of mine last week who has been down there. I asked him what that place was all about. He told me all they do is hang out and get high. There is no cultural center, as was the front. It is a hang out where they get stoned and plan the Communist overthrow of Worcester. Now, I can't confirm this but when the City refuses to have the place audited, claims that Mike Gaffney is racist because he suggested it be audited and an eye witness tells me what ACTUALLY goes on in there. It definitely makes one scratch their head.

    More Oxymorons of Gordo and Crew include these gems; My collegue wanted to pass out some flyers and try to get some of these people to attend our Jan 28th event with Political Scientist  Professor Cunningham of UMass Boston. Gordo did not want us passing out flyers. Fair enough until we reached Kelly Square and Sonja Connor got hold of the megaphone and decried the acts of the Worcester Police who arrested a man at Quinsig. College for.... Passing out flyers..
    I know! You really CAN'T wrap your head around it can you.

    They were very proud to invoke the name of Dr. King and how he would have wanted them to speak out about injustice. True, but I doubt Dr. King would uphold their tenets of Socialism because, you see, Dr. King was neither a Socialist, Republican or Democrat but I didn't have the heart to burst their little Commie balloon on such a happy occasion.

    Among the speeches were the usual rants of tearing down businesses while at the same time demanding $15.00/ hr. Where these businesses are going to come from that pay this after they tear them all down is any one's guess. They also want to tax these businesses at the Bernie rate of 90%.
    I know...
    Among the chants as they headed back to their rally point was that if they don't get what they want they will shut it down.
    So, like petulant children they will have temper tantrums if mommy doesn't buy them that shiny new toy.

    And who is going to supply all these gifts if everything is shut down?
    The government will because all this amounts to is a total take over by government of everything.   Strangley enough none of them is able to answer the big question. Once these people attain what they desire what happens to all those who disagree with them and want to form a group and protest?
    We have history and countless mass grave sites to give us that answer.

Subject: WPD Police Reporting Protocols

 

Dear Chief Gemme,

I am a local civil rights advocate known for practicing Martin Luther King-style victimless protesting in the city.

On December 10th, I was wrongly accused by an angry public official at city hall of assaulting him. Officer Angela Consiglio responded to the call and talked me out of being arrested at the scene, saying it would be a waste of the department's time and resources. I heeded her advice and chose to leave without hand cuffs. However, a few days later I went to the WPD records clerk to see what had been reported by Officer Consiglio. The records clerk said that she could not provide me a copy of the report (#2015000123444) because I had been listed as a "suspect" by the responding officer and suspects are not allowed to see the reports. I persisted and three weeks later I was finally given a copy of the report by Lt. McKiernan, who said that Officer Consiglio had been forced by protocol to list me as a suspect, and that he understood my concern.

Several questions arise:

1. Why are WPD officers boxed into reporting all accusers as "victims" and all accused as "suspects," irrespective of the facts and circumstances found?

2.  When and how was this reporting protocol introduced?

 

3. Does the FBI or any other non-city entity have access to WPD police logs and/or reports?

4.  How do wrongly accused persons in Worcester go about petitioning for corrections to police reports that contain false or misleading information?

5. Why is the WPD records clerk required to automatically refuse copies of police reports to anyone and everyone listed as a suspect, even in cases involving no charges filed, no investigation pending, and even, as in my case, where the wrongly accused had offered, eagerly, to be arrested?

6. How many Worcester residents are currently listed as suspects?

7. How difficult would it be to notify all Worcester residents who are currently listed as suspects that the WPD has them listed as suspects and that, consequently, they may be denied access to certain public records?

8. Is there a sunset clause on suspect status or is it once a suspect, always a suspect?

Losing The Dooki-Dance (Again) In 2016

   






Interestingly, many people have both good and bad opinions of every Republican Candidate on the roster for 2016. This is normal and healthy for our Republic. What is disturbing is the fact that who ever makes the final leg will instantly lose about 90% of all the supporters of the guys/gals who didn't make it.. Hey, I want unicorn farts and lollipops too but the reality is that Romney lost because of the very thing I just described and we run the risk of repeating it again in 2016.

     The Primaries are there to sort it all out so, participate. When we reach Convention time just fucking get on board with the nominee and quit yer bitchin!

     I am a Dummett, Trump, Cruz guy.. Still have not made up my mind but I sure as hell AM NOT voting Communist in November because if we elect any of those idiots there WILL NOT be another election. The final Socialist nail is being driven into America's coffin. Lets get our shit together and drive a wedge up in there to stop it regardless of who the Republican Nominee is.. Hell, that boot wearing wizard guy would be better than Hitlery or Col. Sanders any day..

     The establishment is doing it’s damnedest to destroy Donald Trump. From Confederate Flag turncoat Nicki Haley and her op-ed after the SOTU, she is such a shill for the GOP she wreaks of it.     I cannot wait to ask my good friends Bonnie Johnson, Carmen Camona, Jackie Kostas who are running and have run for various Republican offices this very question. This kabuki theater is nothing new in GOP Mass politics. The Mark Fisher debacle, the Mass Rep. Assembly debacle, me getting tossed out (twice) from Charlie Baker events even though Meat And Potatoes was invited.. I still get invitations from his team!

    No one is at the helm. And if there is? They need a serious enema and a slap.

    The rise of the Independent Candidate is no longer on the rise.. It is front and center and the only weapon the GOP has is to dismiss and denigrate. Internet and Social Media is winning the ‘awareness war’ at least. People no longer listen to the crap these people spew. Have any of them thought that maybe, just maybe this DOESN’T mean the end of GOP politics as they have grown comfortably numb in? Perhaps (if they get their heads out of their asses) they could find their power rising if they get with the outside candidate. They might even affect real change from their newly found and solidified position.

    Unfortunately, I fear this will not come to pass in 2016. The only ‘solidified’ position they will assume is that of stinking turds left on a city sidewalk and the candidates who selflessly put their necks out to run for something will have to walk this gauntlet. This is why politics stinks. Not because it sucks to go through the process but because you end up with excrement all over you by the time you reach the finish line.

    And there, at the end stands the Establishment with a cold garden hose waiting to hose you off as you enter the next phase of the dooki-dance.. Actually taking office..

        The Oxymoronism of Leftism is prevalent in our everyday lives. The average American breaks three Felony laws a day and does not even realize it. Our government proclaims one thing on Monday, retracts it on Wednesday then blames someone on Friday. This is Federal all the way down to local.       Oddly enough almost 100 years later a Presidential Candidate would refer to segments of American society clinging to their "guns and religion".

    Once you get a hold of young people you have changed the course of the argument for the next hundred years or more. As I said in Part II assimilation breeds Americanism. People inevitably break free and set out to find a better life for themselves. The beachball of Freedom doesn't stay under water very long. Removing individuality and replacing it with a collectivist mentality is the wheel. You cannot indoctrinate an entire nation unless you change the thinking of the youth. Destroying the past is just another cog in that wheel.      We have advanced several generations under Leftist controlled, government-controlled education.
    If you take a page from Saul Alinsky we are now in the phase of militancy. We 'enforce' the new dogmas, we order those hold out states to comply, we 'empower' law enforcement to carry out arrests.       We turn the other way as vigilante mobs run wild. Weak mayors and Governors stand down to let BLM burn a city down. However we arrest and deny due process to Constitutional Civil Disobedience. In fact, we create Star Chambers and indict Americans exercising their Liberties.

   

    Hitler, Mussolini and Mao had their vigilante groups who roamed the streets beating any one they deemed not in compliance and so does this new movement. While the vast majority of these attacks seem random (though still racially based) they are fast becoming organized and concerted. They purposely seek out whites, Conservatives, Podcasters and more recently, Jews. 

    You can Youtube these videos and the page lights up. However, Youtube any video of white gangs attacking black individuals, or families and Youtube defaults back to 'black gangs attacking whites'. In other words, they don't exist. In fact, one needs to narrow down the search to Aryans, or the KKK. Even still, the results are dated and are mostly documentary type videos. Social Media is chock full of black on white violence and almost every day a new one is posted somewhere from somewhere mostly involving a flash mob robbing a Target or Macy's. And the demographic is always the same but you are not allowed to point that out.

    Oddly enough, what few Liberals understand is that it will only be a matter of time before they come for you as well. Besmenov explains in the first video how even a Jane Fonda will be crushed under the yoke of Communism. It will only be a matter of time before militant blacks come for your black neighbor, your black doctor, your black police chief because they are no longer useful.
    But first they will come for the anti American whites; the college professor who once attended Black Panther meetings, the radical white Occupiers, most, if not all white Democrats. They will no longer serve any purpose. The history of totalitarian regimes runs this inevitable course time and time again.
    It has already started. The first phase is to 'identify' who the troublemakers are.

    I attended the various Dialogues on Bias and Race in 2015. In the first public forum held at Worcester Quinsigamond College a woman who identified herself as Sonya Connor got up to speak (22:30 mark) to berate the presence of media at the public hearing. She seemed rather upset that a public hearing should have media there to disseminate their public statements to the rest of the public. It was further discussed privately via a phone call with the media director for Worcester City Hall who assured me personally that media was not only allowed but he thanked me for being the ONLY media there covering the event. 

    On the final evening of the meetings July 13th at the DCU Center the entire Agenda Driven Policy was exposed. In cahoots with the mayor's office, the Mass Attorney General's office and the DOJ the evening was spent lambasting and demanding the shuttering of one of Worcester's premier blog sites. The best is at the 1:12:00 mark when Wanda Alvarado gets up to the podium and cries. 

    In the name of tolerance, they have chosen militant intolerance in promoting equality and justice... Well, for them only.

    The best part was Joyce McNickles and her rant on "white people".. Way to go with that tolerance thingy Joyce. Much like Sonya Conner at the first event where she gave me the hairy eyeball then took to the podium to tell the audience that the Press should not be allowed at public events.  Sonya never appeared at the other venues. A true Drive-by Liberal in the Rush Limbaugh sense.

    And to further prove to the peons of just who is in charge mayor Petty and (then)AG Maura Healey threatened Turtleboy with arrest for his hilarious expose'.  You see, TB had his fan base write in his name for mayor and send his blog site the pictures. City Clerk Rushford and mayor Petty didn't like that one bit. Turtleboy was epic in his counter argument;

     Of course, Rushford forgot to send the same threat to the Worcester Firefighters Union who endorsed Mayor Petty and proudly displayed their ballots on the WFD Facebook page.

    The power these people possess is scary. Voting is useless because Leftists run the elections. It isn't just the state and Federal elections, but with lots of Soros money the influence has seeped down to the Attorney General and Mayoral races as well. The Arizona AG just sent out a message to poll workers threatening them to count all the ballots regardless of inaccuracies. Gov Hochul of NY is all giddy now that a Judge's ruling on COVID Containment Camps has expired.

    They are also stupid.

    The Education Secretary for the Biden Administration misquotes Reagan without skipping a beat. AOC is a treasure trove of stupid. Jean Pierre is a train wreck of fudged facts. And our own Massachusetts Governor is willing to sign a Bill that would make public display of topless women legal!
